David Tapley, the food enthusiast behind the blog Out and About UAE hosted the fourth in his series of new personalised culinary experiences called #DineAroundWithDavid at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal on Sunday 15th March 2020.
The private table set-up saw a group of 35 fellow foodies in Abu Dhabi join David to explore Southeast Asian specialities through a brunch concept known as the ‘street food late brunch.’
Curated by Tran Thanh Chung, Chef de Cuisine at Li Jiang, highlights on the menu included food cart classics from across Southeast Asia, such as Korean BBQ, Peking duck, sushi and fried noodles.
